Exterior cleaning lead

Candidate would need reliable transportation to meet at our shop in Coupeville- Monday through Friday at 7:
30 AM.
Job duties would consist of these items:
Fall and winter work is chimney cleaning, fireplace/stove repair and installation.
This is a part of our winter work.
The good thing about this service is it mainly inside work.
If you have any experience in this industry it will result in higher wages.
Roof cleaning/repairs.
Spring and summer work consists of these items:
Roof cleaning, pressure washing,window cleaning, exterior house washing.
Requirements for this job are:
Comfortable working with heights.
Must have experience working on roofs and setting up ladders.
Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record and the capability of backing up a trailer.
Experience with power and hand tools plus general overall construction work.
Has worked in either of these industries for at least one year.
This is a lead position and you will be managing a crew.
Attention to detail and working with the public.
Candidate will need to be in excellent physical condition due to the nature of this business.
This is full-time year-round employment with some overtime.
Pay is weekly with paid major holidays, vacation pay, bonuses, medical insurance.
